Super Pro (S/P) *Runs Sundays*

  • 7.00 – 11.99 seconds.
  • Electronics:  Allowed

  • Data Recorders: Permitted. 
  • Delay Boxes:  Permitted.
  • Transbrake:  Permitted.
  • Line Lock:  Four-wheel line lock permitted.
  • Automated Shifter:  Permitted.
  • Throttle Control:  Permitted.
  • Throttle Stop: Permitted
  • Ignition:  Stutter boxes (down track rev limiter) prohibited.  Starting line and or ‘high side’ rev limiters permitted.

Pro (P) *Runs Sundays*

  • Computer:  Prohibited unless stock OEM equipment.
  • Data Recorders:  Prohibited.
  • Delay Boxes:  Prohibited.
  • Transbrake:  Permitted (Only NHRA accepted trans brakes allowed)

  • Line Lock:  Four-wheel line lock prohibited.  Normal two-wheel line lock permitted.
  • Automated Shifter:  Permitted, Must be driver operated.
  • Throttle Control:  Throttle must be manually operated by the drivers.  Electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, or any other device may in no way affect the throttle operation.  A dead stop under the carburetor or gas pedal is permitted.  Throttle timers, counters prohibited. 
  • Ignition:  Stutter boxes (down track rev limiter) prohibited.  Starting line and or ‘high side’ rev limiters permitted.
  • Switches and Buttons:  All switches and/or buttons must be standard mechanical connection type.

  • Delay Boxes:  Prohibited.
  • Transbrake:  Prohibited.
  • Line Lock:  Four-wheel line lock prohibited.  Two-wheel line lock permitted on non-drive wheels only.

Quick 16 (Q16) *Runs Sunday*

  • Will run on a 500 full tree
  • Cross talk will be used (Please place a N with a circle around it next to your dial in if you wish for cross talk to be disabled for your run)
  • No Restrictions on electronics
  • Fastest 16 will compete on a Pro style ladder
  • Any competitor who enters the Quick 16 but does not qualify in the fastest 16 will be allowed to drop down into either Super Pro, Pro, Sportsman, or Trophy (as long as they meet class requirements). However, no refund will be given for price difference.

 

Gamblers - Box (G/B) *Runs Saturdays*

  • 7.00 – 11.99 seconds.
  • Electronics:  Allowed
  • Computer:  Prohibited unless stock OEM equipment. 
  • Data Recorders: Permitted.

Jr. Street - *Runs both days*

  • Licensed participant must be at least 13 years old and may participate through the year of their 16th birthday.
  • All runs must be made with an approved licensed supervising adult, must be participants parent or legal guardian or 25 years of age or older with a valid drivers license.
  • Licensed adult must be seated in the passenger seat any time the participant is driving
  • Participant can drive from staging lanes to the starting line, on the track, and on the return road up to the time-slip booth. The licensed adult must drive the vehicle in the pits and into staging lanes.
  • A valid NHRA Jr. Street program participant license is mandatory.
  • 6 approved passes are required, 5 with a licensed adult and 1 with an NHRA track official.
  • Seat Belt is mandatory for participant and supervising adult
  • Helmets are mandatory for the participant and the licensed supervising adult. Helmet can be either an open - face or a full - face helmet meeting Snell M2005, M2010, K2005, SA2005, or SA2010 or SFI 31.1/2005 or 41.1/2005 certification.
  • No shorts, bare legs, tank tops, or bare torsos permitted while racing (applies to both participant and licensed supervising adult)

Any Jr. Dragster running 7.50 e.t. in the 1/8th mile or faster then 85.00 MPH at any time will be disqualified from the event.

Jr. Dragster (Trainee) - *Runs Both Days*

  • age limit = 5
  • 20.00 seconds and slower at the 1/8th Mile.
  • Engine restricted to factory-sealed Briggs & Stratton 206 crate engine (part # 124442 8201) with red slide valve (part # 555733).
  • All safety equipment and license required as expressed in Jr. Drag Racing league rule book.

  • Age limit = 6 - 7
  • 13.90 or slower in the 1/8th mile
  • Engine restricted to factory-sealed Briggs & Stratton 206 crate engine (part # 124442 8201) with blue slide valve (part # 555734).
